A bold step into the future
Starting on March 1, 2025, our son Maximilian will take over the management of our company for 100 days – after a year of intensive preparation. This step may sound bold, but it is by no means a leap into the unknown: our long-standing employees and managers will act as "playing captains" during this time. Together, they will continue to run the business, provide new impetus, and continuously develop the existing structures.
For us, this is a living example of sustainable entrepreneurship: handing over responsibility, living trust, and growing together.

Family businesses in particular are constantly faced with the question of how they want to shape the generational change. Our approach at Langer® Magnet Austria is to consciously involve young people in positions of responsibility and give them the space they need to implement their ideas.
